A Day in the Life of an HVAC Service Manager

As an HVAC Service Manager, you will be creating a technical training program and working with our leadership team to develop technicians and installers.  You will design custom training plans to ensure team members receive the training they need.  There will be consistent quality control site visits to inspect what you expect and you will monitor callbacks and train to avoid them.

What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Service Manager Position

To be qualified for the HVAC Service Manager position, a minimum of 2 years' HVAC service management experience is required.  We are looking for applicants with verifiable experience.  Those without management experience need not apply.  A positive attitude, the ability to be self-motivated and efficient is a must!  A strong residential air conditioning and heating technical, airflow and design aptitude are required.  The ability to instruct apprentice HVAC technicians and HVAC installers is imperative.  We need you to be great with coaching and building team members through accountability and clearly set expectations.  A plus if you have experience with sales accountability for technicians.  NATE certified.
